Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 harley davidson screaming eagle motorcycle, flhrse3. While the contact was driving 65 mph, the rear tire suddenly deflated which was undetectable. The contact was concerned about the safety risk since there was no tire pressure monitoring device on the vehicle. The contact smelled rubber burning and smoke. The vehicle swayed from the left to right uncontrollably. The passenger was ejected from the vehicle onto the highway. The ambulance transported the passenger to the hospital. The contact sustained a broken shin, road rash and a severe injury to the ankle.
